Ok, so how do I place an order?

Email us a copy of your artwork. You must own the copyright to the design. The image must be a minimum size of 500 x 500 pixels with a minimum of 300dpi. That rules out all web images as these are usually 75dpi. A bleed area of 10mm is required around the edge of the image for it to wrap around the edge of the badge, examples of good and bad artwork are shown below. The same rule applies to our keyrings.

Is the badge, keyring offensive, ponographic, of a political party? Then we are one of the few companies that will still produce it.

Do you want a different size? We can produce badges in 25mm, 37mm & 44mm diameter. Instead of having a pin badge how about having them made with a magnetic back so they can be stuck to a fridge, etc.

Once we have seen your artwork we will be able to confirm our prices. You can see our usual pricing structure for 25mm button badges and keyrings click here. If you require an actual sample this will be charged at £3 + £1.75 delivery.

You can either pay via a cheque or we can raise a paypal invoice you can pay online with your credit or debit card. We currently do not take credit card details over the phone.

Artwork Examples

The black circles represent our badge template which are overlaid on the artwork. The outer one is our cut diameter and the inner one the badge face. The gap between the two lines is called the bleed area.
