7. Risk Of Loss

All items purchased from Bullseye Badges are delivered using the Royal Mail postal service. Proof of posting is always obtained for purchases. In the event that an item does not arrive at its destination, a replacement or refund will be sent immediately if Recorded or Special Delivery shipping methods were selected by the customer. Otherwise, a refund or replacement will be sent at the descretion of Bullseye Badges if successful in claiming against Royal Mail. This can take up to 6 weeks. All breakages must be reported within 7 days together with proof of damage including the packaging..

8. Delivery

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the place of delivery will be the purchaser's address used when submitting their order. If a mistake is made, it is possible to contact Bullseye Badges. This must be done immediately, as your order can not be replaced if it has already been dispatched to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer.

All delivery times quoted for despatch or ultimate delivery by Bullseye Badges are as estimates only and are not to be liable for the consequence of any delay in fulfilling the buyers order howsoever caused.

9. Product Descriptions
